Food Safety Publications:
The USDA offers Free Publications on a variety of food safety topics for consumers and the general public.

FoodHCAAP.com has a great list of Educational Sites relating to food safety.

The Food Safety Training & Educational Alliance helps educate retail environments about food safety and provides educational materials for workers and the public.

Videos: The following are videos available online - North Dakota State University's Seven Steps to Food Safety, the FDA's Conducting Food Allergen Inspections, and USDA's Video News Releases.

Iowa State offers the interactive site, Consumer Control Point Kitchen, that helps consumers learn the areas of concern in the kitchen.



FREE Graphics and Presentation Materials: 
USDA's Foodborne Illness Education Center provides multimedia tools for websites and presentations. Nice site with links to lots of rare pics (left).

Terrorism: FDA answers frequently asked questions on food safety and terrorism.

Food Safety MUSIC: That is right. Dr. Carl Winter of UC Davis has music parodies of popular tunes related to food safety online. EPH.org's favorite? Stomachache Tonight (Eagles' parody).

Eggs:  FDA has published updated Industry Eggs Guidelines for the labeling, handling, refrigerationa and sale of eggs.
